Yes, you read that right! After spending so much time at Green Market this week, I’ve realized that I need to add a bonus post in my 12 Days feature- I had another awesome artisan jump on board, and so I’ve done some rearranging in the order of things and there will now be a lucky thirteenth post as well.

For now, though, let me introduce you to Juliet925, a Yaletown-based handmade fine jewelry brand available at Green Market, 7A Lonsdale (behind Raglan’s), North Vancouver.
Founder/designer and creator Anita uses sterling silver and various other elements such as stones and crystals to shape pieces that are at once softly feminine, classically elegant and modern minimalist, with an edgy shape-focused twist. I was mesmerized at first glance by Anita’s whimsical statement adornments. From simple, on-trend hammered stacking rings to striking chainmaille necklaces, from delicate crystal bracelets to the classic best-selling knot/double-knot rings, each and every piece from Juliet925 is a handcrafted work of wearable art.
With a background in several art mediums, including drawing, sculpture, painting and even metalsmithing, it’s no wonder Anita’s eye-catching work is such a hit at Green Market.
“Juliet925 uses only North American silver, sourced from refiners that adhere to sustainability pledges. Most of the stones used in Juliet925 designs come from personal collections accessed through rock and gem shows throughout the Pacific Northwest.”
